PRODUCTION OF EXPANDED METAL

Expanded metal is produced by means of a cold metal forming process that obtains the openings and regular gaps with different shapes (rhomboidal, square and round) and sizes, permitting the passage of air, liquids and light.

 Materials

We can produce expanded metal in iron, galvanised or stainless steel AISI 304-316-310-430, titanium, nickel, aluminium, corten or any other ductile material.

  Flattening

The expanded metal can be produced flattened or unflattened, to obtain a surface flat and smooth surface or not.

 Rolls & Panels

Available in rolls and panels, we can produce expanded metals according to customer requirements.
